We welcome all students from local and online colleges and universities; in an HR related program, taking HR related courses, and/or who has an interest in pursuing a career in HR. We encourage all students to be members of SHRM National and the Sussex-Warren HRMA Chapter.

· SHRM National Student Members (Discover SHRM Student Member Benefits)

o Any student who meets the qualifications for SHRM Student Membership can join SHRM National as a student member by completing and submitting their application for student membership. Students can join SHRM Natio

Sussex-Warren HRMA Student Membership General Guidelines

· SHRM National Student Members (Discover SHRM Student Member Benefits)

o Any student who meets the qualifications for SHRM Student Membership can join SHRM National as a student member by completing and submitting their application for student membership. Students can join SHRM National and designate Sussex-Warren HRMA as their local chapter; by doing this, they will get the Sussex-Warren HRMA student rate for attendance at any Sussex-Warren HRMA programs, as long as they are a SHRM National Student Member.

· SHRM Professional Members (who are active students)

o A student in an HR related program, taking HR related courses, and/or has an interest in pursuing a career in HR, that is not eligible for SHRM Student Membership, may join SHRM National as a Professional Member and designate Sussex-Warren HRMA as their local chapter; by doing this, they will get the Sussex-Warren HRMA student rate for attendance at any Sussex-Warren HRMA programs, as long as they are an active student and a part of the Sussex-Warren HRMA Student Community.

· Student Guests

o A student in an HR related program, taking HR related courses, and/or has an interest in pursuing a career in HR, that is not a SHRM Student or Professional Member, may attend Sussex-Warren HRMA events as part of the Student Community, at the discounted student rate, as long as they are an active student. We encourage all students to become members of SHRM National and the Sussex-Warren HRMA Chapter to have access to all benefits provided by both organizations.
